Blind people, like sighted people, dream about the world that surrounds them. Since sight is not in the world they know, they dream other senses...sounds, touch, smell etc.
Dreams are simply the brain's way of processing information acquired, feelings etc. though of course imagination and the pysche intervene. So whatever your brain has access to gets incorporated. If you can't see, that leaves the other 4 senses.

Yes, much like the rest of us they dream about going places, doing things, experiencing emotions, change, surprise, fear, slopes, noise, career, friendship, .... dreams are simply one part of your mind telling the others a story & coz it is messages passed between dif parts of the brain the other areas do not know that it is a dream.
