There certainly is (although it is a credit not a deduction). As long as the windows are Energy Star qualified, you can credit 10% of your purchase cost up to a maximum of $200 for windows and a maximum of $500 for all qualified energy improvement credits.

It is not a deduction it is a tax credit that you claim on your return. This is better than a deduction because it acts as a tax payment.
