My internet explorer had stopped working a few weeks ago, it has not worked since.
I have BT Broadband so that comes with its own browser, so this is what ive been using.
Would it be safe to re-download Internet Explorer 7 again without making my BT browser stop working ? Thanks

The TRICK, though, is how to install it without it automatically becoming your default web browser. You might not care about that, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I would say just carry on using the BT broadband as this is probaly what you are paying for. It does the same thing at the end of the day so whats the difference?....

it would be best to remove Windows Internet Explorer 7 from the add / remove panel
This will downgrade to Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
then Download / Install Windows Internet Explorer 7

Whenever I have internet issues now, I always phone my ISP and let them talk me through repairing it. I am fed up with trying to sort it out myself only to make matters worse !! LOL !!

Yes reinstall IE7 and open it it will ask if you want it to be your default if so select yes and all should be well
