14 is a little young but you are making a wise decision to protect yourself. It is in no way bad to go buy condoms. It was embarrassing for me as well and I was 20 and married. Then I realized "hey I'm making the right decision not to make more kids". If you can get to a health clinic they give them for free.

Many people are embarrassed for buying condoms or other sexualy related items, regardless of their age. I think it's a good idea to try to overcome such intimidations. If I were you, I would go to a place not too close to my home and where there aren't many costumers around. I would then buy several condoms and not just a few. I'm supposing there are no age restrictions for buying condoms where you live and even if they joke with you or start laughing...so what? Additionally, you could take a buddy that you trust with you to purchase the condoms. The so-called embarrassment would then be equally shared by you two and make the whole thing easier.

If you have a creditcard or Paypal account filled with some cash, you could buy condoms from Ebay, for example, where your identity would remain anonymous and where the condoms would be sent in discreet package. Or you could find a place where you can buy condoms from an automatic machine. Such machines are usually placed in restrooms.

I went and bought condoms at 12.....nobody cared. People always blow little stuff like that out of proportion. People have bigger issues to worry about than a person buying condoms. Some people may react but don't mind them. They have nothing better to do. Maybe I wasn't embarrassed because I'm really laid-back and calm but still. After you do it, you'll wonder why you freaked out so much in the first place.

well first of all to buy things online you need a credit card, which im sure you dont have bc you need to be 18. if you use your parentsthen the charge will show up on their bill so i wouldnt do that! if you are too embarassed to buy condoms at the store, maybe you arent ready for sex! i had my first child at only 17 and let me tell you its not easy. we thougth we were being careful. condoms are only 80% effective so that means you have a 1 in 5 chance of getting someone pregnant every time. so please rethink this! i dont mean to sound all old and judgmental but i speak from experience! my husband and i have been thru so much to get to where we are now. we missed out on so much because we were parents. you are so young you have your whole life to have sex!!!

Well, if you need them, you shouldn't let embarrassment stop you from buying them. It's better to be embarrassed then to get an STD. Are you sure you need them? Maybe you should think about it before? I don't know your situation, but you are very young. Just think about it and give it time before you make decisions that could affect your life. If you are embarrassed, then maybe that should tell you that you're not ready??

Just trying to help :)

Hunter, you may be physically ready for sex, but emotionally you are not. Nor are you ready for the possible outcomes. A lot of people are commending you for trying to be "safe", but you need to be aware of the failure rate for condoms. Though it is low, it is still possible to cause a pregnancy or contract an STD. The risk is too big for the few minutes of pleasure you'll get. Wait, and I guarantee that you wont regret it when you finally find that lady that you want to give yourself to for the rest of your life. Make a wise choice here.

If you are embarrassed about buying them then you aren't ready to have sex. Facing things is part of growing up. The cashiers don't care--and they know its not their business. They just scan. Of course, there's always self check out!

Look, condoms are not as effective as people lead you to believe. You can't get a job and you may get kicked out if you become pregnant/get someone else pregnant. I don't advise that you continue your scandalous underage behavior. By the way, your partner can get arrested for statutory rape. Too risky for you and your partner.

at the starting up there is not any age reduce for condoms. 2d, i'd somewhat have someone seem at me humorous for determining to purchase condoms then seem at me humorous for having to purchase a being pregnant attempt because i develop into too poultry to purchase condoms. end being a punk, if you're too immature to purchase condoms then you truly do not pick to be having sex.

Of course 14 is very young to have sex but, who am i to judge? I was 15. I think your very smart to at least protect yourself! That makes me ignorant because i didn't know how. Like someone else said, self check out. But be responsible, you don't want to end up with a baby at such a young age.
