I think you need to understand that certain types of sexual acts, oral or anal for example, do not create disease despite what some uninformed people might claim. If neither party to the sex act doesn't already have an STD or sexually transmitted disease, then the mere act of engaging in oral or anal sex cannot manufacture a disease where one doesn't already exist. It is true that ANY sexual act can allow a STD to be transmitted, or passed, from one person to another but only if the disease is ALREADY present in one of the persons. That's why they are called sexually transmitted diseases after all, but the disease does not come from preforming the sexual act. The sexual act, whether it is oral, anal or vaginal, is blameless.

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a retrovirus that causes acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), a condition in humans in which the immune system begins to fail, leading to life-threatening opportunistic infections. If you and your partner test negative for HIV then you cannot get HIV/AIDS via oral/anal sex. The effects of HIV and AIDs are horrific thats why i recommend you are 110% sure you are both HIV negative. The majority of HIV infections are acquired through unprotected sexual relations.

OK - so HIV is a virus. Neither person has the virus. How do YOU think they'd actually get it in this case? They can't create the virus magically. Two people who do not have a cold won't get a cold from each other - and two people who don't have HIV won't get HIV.

HIV/AIDs can not be made by 2 people having sex.
It is the most serious STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease)
The T in sTd, transmitted, means it can only be caught by having sex with someone who is already infected.
If 2 people are both clean and neither have it, then after sex, they will still both be clean and not have it.

If they are both healthy, there's no problem at all, HIV is a virus it doesn't pop up magically.
