It depends on the make and model of the bike. Some bikes change from year to year. Some stay the same for close to 10 years. The only changes could be paint, graphics, tire brand, brake pad composition, etc. You get the idea.
"Can" you - sure you can
"Will" they fit - depends on the changes made to that particular part on that model.
Next time you ask this question - give make, model # and the parts you want to interchange. Then maybe we can help you.

If the physical specifications of the parts have not changed, like say bolt holes or electrical requirements then I am sure you can..if you are talking replacement parts. There are many parts that do not changes for a few years and thus are interchangeable.

It would help alot to know the type of bike. A 05 dirt bike parts won't fit on a 03 cruiser.

Yes. If it doesn't fit force it, better yet use a large hammer.
Grind away anything that gets in the way too.

if it is the same model then I guess so......
but if you are trying to put suzuki parts on a harley, well then NO!!!!!
