i cannot decide wich one i want to see they both look like good horror movies any advice?

I saw The Messengers yesterday, it was really good.

I would see The Hitcher. I just saw The Messengers last night and was able to figure out the entire movie within the first 30 minutes. It didn't do a good job of holding any suspense. There are tons of jump scares, but you see them coming a mile away. However, with everything going on in the movie I'm sure you will figure out the end in no time. The Hitcher isn't much better. It is a little more intense, but nothing different there either. If you saw the original, the new one just reverses the roles. The female is the main character instead of the male, but most horror/thrillers are like that now. Neither were the best horror/thrillers, but I personally liked The Hitcher a little better than The Messengers, basically because The Hitcher didn't try and make you have anything to figure out, while The Messengers had something to figure out, but didn't do a good job of building any suspense. If I'm going to have to figure anything out I like movies that keep me guessing. The Messengers didn't do that.

I love horror movies too. I would see the Messengers. It looks really interesting, and the Hitcher looks like it doesn't really have a huge point and it seems like it would have lots of blood and gore. I love scary movies, but I'm not a big fan of gorey ones. I'm going to the movies this weekend, and me and my friend are either gonna see Messengers or Epic Movie.

If you have to see one, see the messengers. I read the reviews for the hitcher, and every one of them was terrible. The messengers looks good.
If you havne't seen The Departed, i reccomend that more than anything.

Go see Hitcher, then sneak into messengers without having to pay for another ticket!
