Is it better to go with a seasoned Realestate person who may have muti listings or a new person who is HUNGRY for the sale?

I would try a newer agent that doesn't have a lot of listings. They will spend more time on your listing than a "seasoned" realtor would. Why list with someone that has 100 listings when you can list with someone that has five? It just makes sense!

I would suggest a seasoned agent, but not because of your reason. All agents have the same access to the mls and can show you any listing regardless of who the actual listing agent is. I younger agent may have more time to spend with you and taxi you around, but its not quantity, its quality. The experience an the advice the seasoned agent can give you will serve you much better than the time you spend with them. If you find a true agent, they will find the time for a qualified buyer, seasoned or not.

I've used both and both had their advantages.

Both also have access to real estate listings, can send you listings through a computer generated search of multiple listings fitting your criteria, and both are bound to a code of ethics and professionalism.

A seasoned pro might know where to go for the best interest rates on your mortgage or know the most trustworthy person to perform home inspections.

The newer agent might have a mentor at their office that is seeing them through and advising them every step of the way, as most agents work for a realty company under a real estate broker.

I found the newer agent was quicker to respond to my emails and phone calls, but my pro was able to get me in to see homes I was interested in looking at a whole lot quicker.

I'd have to flip a coin.
