yes it is possible providing you mean to give good clean advise with the intetion of helping others through your example, humble people are usually wise and thoughtful to others and there feelings setting aside your needs for others is a gift that we are seriously lacking in todays world, to be proud of your deeds with out expecting reward or recogntion and passing on your gift and knowlage through the act of speech or deed is what we are taugh as to be humble, hence it is very possible to be humble and speak of it.

Why not let the people praise you for your achievements, I mean let it speak for itself. However, if you really wanna let people know about it, then try to tone it down a bit.
