The problem is that removing our capacity to believe would remove a huge portion of our overall intellect. One of the most powerful (and dangerous - in terms of potential inaccuracy) aspects of our brain, is our ability to generalize; i.e. we form conclusions or beliefs based upon limited information, using inductive logic. It is an all-too-common mistake that we don't recognize the fact that these beliefs really are just generalizations and that we, therefore, should not shut off our minds to new information regarding such beliefs or propositions.
Our ability to generalize is a hugely powerful and valuable attribute. In fact, it might be the most important aspect of what it means to be intelligent. The ability to categorize and quickly draw probable conclusions has been key to the evolution of our particular brain. Nature has rewarded these attributes.
Now it is up to us to "know thyself". And in doing so, know the strengths and weaknesses of our own brains, so that we can better distinguish rational beliefs from delusions.

When we believe, we are able to experience things as real no matter how much, we cannot see it, So when we dont believe, we feel we cant trust nothing or no one. So Being a purely experiential being would not make our existence complete, so we must believe order for us to improve our life on earth

humanity would lose everything.
past human experience has shown that people will not defy stale convention or risk their lives for money or by force.
but millions have died for something as simple as an idea. that requires belief. Faith, if you will.
yes it is a double edged sword, whenever i hear the song 'the internationale' sung by young people, i often wonder if they truly know how many have died for it.
bottom line, you lose the best and the worst of humanity.

It would be a wonderful thing. As you point to, it would be a place of direct experience. Everyone might share the same reality for a change rather than their perception of it. There would be no point to argue, no wars needing to be fought.
