I have 2 daughters already, I would like to have a boy. I wonder where in New york, I can go for a best (100%) guaranteed gender selection.

an adoption agency where you can save a boy from years of feeling abandoned

Even gender selection isn't 100%. I would start by talking to a fertility clinic and find out where to go from there. If you couldn't guarantee a boy, would you have a third child? If the answer is no then I suggest you stop now since you may end up with another girl even with gender selection. Good Luck to you.

There is no 100% guarantee when it comes to gender selection. As a matter of fact even Microsort doesn't have much higher than a 50/50 chance. Sorry, but good luck!

Nothing is 100% and if someone tells you it is, don't be fooled. I started my research in Virginia after my husband and I decided to go this route. I do believe there are places in NYC, White Plains or Westchester to be exact. We were looking forward to having a son, but knew that we only had an 80% chance at best. We wanted another baby, no matter what the sex, and we had our 4th girl 6 yrs ago. Would have been nice to have a son, but love her just as much, maybe more because she is my baby. Good luck,

Okay, so they aren't in NY, but I will be using Microsort (sperm sorting) for my next pregnancy (after three boys- yikes), but they are in Virginia. But it is worth the trip! Or if you really want to stay in state, you can do IVF and PGD (pre-implantation genetic diagnosis- I think), but this is quite expensive and more invasive. Any fertility specialist can help you. In fact, you can have a sorted sperm sample sent to a doctor in NY from Microsort- and he can transfer the sperm.
Good luck!

Only method that is 100% is IVF and PGD.

Ok, heres a thought- don't try to play God!! I know how it feels to want a baby as well, but I know I will be more than overjoyed just knowing that my son OR daughter was healthy. Be thankful for what you have already and dont be so picky!!
