i have to join flush a new rcc roof with the existing rcc roof resting on load bearing brick wall. the new rcc roof slab is supported by rc columns on other side

It depends on how the roof slab is supported. If it self supporting then you had better get a structural engineer to calculate the loads and the reinforcing steel you will need to support the new roof and to dowel the new slab to the existing. one.

In terms of joining the existing concrete to the new concrete, you will need a bonding agent which is brushed onto the old concrete prior to pouring the new.

This project has structural safety implications and the real question here is do you have a building permit? Before a municipality will issue a building permit, you must file designs and specifications which meet the local building codes. The design and specifications must address the questions you have asked.

Falling concrete roof slabs tend to be a little dangerous to anyone or anything that is in the way.
