There is a great motivational 20-minute video courtesy of TED Talks, presenting Father of Motivation Anthony Robbins. It's pretty good. I normally don't like Anthony Robbins, but this was one of his "good" speeches, and it's free, and only 20 minutes long. It's good stuff.

i'm the suited comparable way!!! i recommend putting around people who you sense might motivate you...I definitely have a cousin that i've got self assurance motivates me b/c she is so pushed and while i'm round her it rubs off on me, otherwise i flow lower back to no motivation what so ever or consistent with probability get a activity that would desire to motivate you some thing you rather love, some thing that in case you do not do it generic you only do not sense suited.

To improve self motivation try writing down your goals and then post "YOU CAN DO IT!" catch phrases on Post It note papers and spread them all around your house. It works!
