I can't find it's definition anywhere.

i mean can you actually find it in the dictionary, is it "recognized" as an individual word?

yep, its in the shorter oxford dictionary alright, along with unveracity and unveraciously as well! nice one!

unveracious a. M19.
Not veracious or truthful.

Yes it is a word it actually means false, lying, mendacious, untruthful.

verity is truth, so unveracious would mean untruthful...?
