because in college basketball, they want to end the game quickly because it is not public anyway while NBA basketball has 4 quarters to have longer time because it is watched all around the world.

I believe originally the game of basketball only have two twenty minutes halves. Like the college hoops. Since the NBA is about business and making big bucks, they expanded into 4 quarters. They also expand the amount of timeouts and minutes into 48.

1) Probably Sydney 2) This freshman Austin. He was super nice. I'm a jr and hes just so sweet. I'm taking him under my wing. 3) Jacob. I hate him. I hope he gets hit by a bus. That whole thing was so ******* stupid. Now you get a story. I've loved him since eighth grade and he knew it. But he had a girlfriend so I didn't go after him because I actually respect peoples relationships. And then about six months ago he kept complaining to me about his relationship problems and he ended up breaking up with her. And then he made it seem like he liked me. And he kissed me. And we were "dating" but we weren't. And then when he wanted to have sex and I said I wasn't ready he left. 4) Sydney, shes a good friend. 5) Kylie. We've known each other since we were kids.
