Elma Muros was born on 14th January 1967and she is from Phillipines.She is a sprinter,hurdler,and long jumper who has collected a total of 13 medals from her numerous stints at the South East Asian Games.She also brought home a bronze medal in 400 meter hurdles from the 1990 Beijing Asiad and another bronze in long jump from the 1994 Hiroshima Asiad.
