You can't go to Nagasaki without visiting the Atomic Bomb Museum! Although the Hiroshima museum is considered to be the better one, the Nagasaki museum still shows the horrors of the atomic bomb.

Ugh, someone wants you to visit Haus Ten Baus? Why even visit Japan in the first place if you're only gonna waste time in fake "Holland-land" or whatever the hell it is.
Nagasaki.
Of course, the A-Bomb Museum and park.
Other things.
Dejima, which used to be the only place foreigners could tread in Japan back in the Edo times, just enough people to continue trade of important goods. It's mostly reproduction but interesting.
Food, 2 local specialties I know of.
Champon, is basically a kind of ramen noodles that looks a bit like chowder and has all kinds of veggies and stuff in it. Not bad.
Castella (or casutera) or however you want to pronounce it. Basically it's pound cake, and Nagasaki is the home of it, the shop where it was invented/imported from Europe has been open since like 1640 or so, the same shop, called Fukusuya, I think.

Nagasaki is home to Haus Ten Bos. A European style amusement park that is rather entertaining. If you can get into the American base there, that would be a good thing to see. Also the bomb memorial museum.
Enjoy your Trip.

You should read "Gaijin! Gaijin!" by Kenneth Fenter before you go. He lived with his family near Nagasaki in the late 70s and this book is about their experience.
