I'm looking for advice that is helpful, like Mark F has given me. Yes I'm aware it has something to do with the brakes, but I'd like to be alittle more educated before I go to the repair shop.

Probably a warped front brake rotor. If your not getting any pulsation through the brake pedal then it is probably only minor. Still, brakes are a safety item so it is a good idea to have it checked. Many shops will offer a free brake inspection.

How hard do you push on your brakes? You hear thumps when you push very hard and tha Anti lock braking system kicks in, so try not pushing as hard.
