how long would it take to get legal capacity???

hi there...i would like to ask if somebody knows how long it will take if youll apply for a legal capacity at the us embassy in manila. coz my fiancee is an american citizen and we are planning to get married on march...i would like to give him an idea what and how are the process going here in the philippines when it comes to marriage...any answer will be appreciated so much...thank you in advance

I really do not know... Either you or he has to talk to american customs and find out. Are you getting married here in America or over there? Have you ever been here to the states yet and have you even met him in person yet?
