Talk to him!!! yeah it's bizarre a little off putting to say, "hey honey why aren't we having sex?" but if it gets you talking then hey it's a good thing. My husband and I have been going through this and I finally started asking him and he was open and honest and told me what was going on, he has diabetes that was not under the best control and that caused some problems that he didn't want to "burden" me with.. We've managed to work through them and have begun having sex on a regular basis even if it requires some planning it's worth it...

I never found the answer to that question myself, so all I can tell you is what I did. I went around sexually frustrated all the time. I walked the floor a lot at night, when I should have been sleeping, and cursed her for not caring that I was in such dire need. I poured my heart into my kids(which was a good thing). The only regret I have is for not getting out of the marriage sooner. Life is TOO short for sexual frustration. Sex is not ALL that makes a marriage, but is an IMPORTANT part. If I were you, and you have talked to your guy, but to no avail, I would seriously think about divorce before you get too old to enjoy your sexuality.

I'm in that same boat. I've been with this man for 27 years. It has been that way from the start.I don't understand it, I have tried all avenues. I agree with olderbutwiser. I still at this point in my life desire sex. I'm ready to walk. And for the idiot that said try losing weight. I'm 5'5 130 pounds. I work out and look great so don't try to put off someone's neglect on us. If the shoe were on the other foot and I was the one neglecting him, I doubt very much he would have hang around.

I know how you, My husband is like that. Don't lace his food. Just sit down and talk to him and see what going on. For me I had to spice it and take him by surprise. Do new and different things to get him interested. 90% of time it worked for me. I was never the issue.

Would you like it if he laced your food with a sex-suppresent? Just talk to him about it, geesh. Try and figure it out, and if it is sooo important to you, let him go so he can find someone that isn't willing to put their sexual appetite above his health.

Just rub against him and if he pushes you away say what the hell is wrong with you, i dont turn you on? then im sure if he loves you and there is noone else he will glady start to tell you why he's just not up for it. and what the heck go take care of yourself - maybe that will turn him on!

I would have to know what is on his mind and talk about sex being important to you in a healthy relationship.
