Ican't know where is the source of this noise, my pc is new and has very good hardware.

If it is new then don't screw around with it take it to the dealer and let them fix it.........Fans and hard drives and cd/dvd players are the only things with moving parts and if it is the hard drive that's making the noise you have a BIG problem.....BACK UP all your data NOW and take the machine back for repairs. I assume it still under warranty(?).

Is it the fan from your power supply? There are liquid cooled and other quiet systems to use.

Sometimes, after closing up my computer case, a power cable is touching the little fan over my cpu. That can make noise.

If you're not too familiar with computers, have a computer tech look at it.

It can be a ton of things, you need a description of what your hearing. Its probably the Hard drive(s) they tend to get a little loud seeing how they spin at 5400-10000RPM's depending on the drive.. You can go into BIOS (F2 at startup) and set HDD accoustic to silent..

smack it with a sledge hammer and then tell it to shut up. it will be VVVVEEEEEERRRRRYYYYY quiet.
