a few things.. some I'll use again.. and some I wont.. its taught me .. even though we all start out fairly innocent.. it doesnt take long .. for what is 'taught' as what is 'right' to .. infect the entire planet.. its like a story you tell a freind and then he tells a friend.. and so forth and so on.. once it gets to the 10 friend in line.. the story has completely changed.. do we not think that this could have happened with what we are being taught. you know the story getting twisted around to where its no longer fact.. but what sounds good.... day in and day out.. This is life.. its all we got at the moment.. people could be smarter.. and yes nicer.. if the right things were taught to begin with.. anyways Im ramblin' like a mofo..

After 54 years, when things go bad, have patience, they WILL go away and things will get better. Bad things will return, but the good things will be more often than the bad things. If you exercise daily, you will live your life strong and have less worries.
If you do not exercise, your body will fall apart as you get older.
You WILL need to repair/replace body parts as you get older. They simply break or wear out. Exercise will not make them last longer. Exercise WILL get you thru the recovery period afterwards. And it will be fast, very fast. Death will come. I prefer death to come to a person who is healthy and happy.

Treat everyone alike, be friendly, tolerant and patient. Do not harm others. Share your knowledge and be open for acquiring more skills. This is what the University of life has taught.
