help please?

I was pregnant a month ago started taking prenatal pills 4 days later bleed. I had a niscarriage. i now found out exactly a month later that i am pregnant again (3 weeks). i started taking the pills again 5 days ago and i am bleeding, could it be the pills or bad pregnancy? what is causing this?

it could be the pills doing this
read the leaflet supplied with the tablets and visit your doctor immedietly
