1. Faint line means yes you are pregnant.
2. These cramps are normal. I had them with both my pregnancies, and even during the same times I was supposed to have menstruation but i was pregnant. It's just your body changing, sometimes you'll feel shooting pain and cramp-like pains when your uterus is stretching as your baby grows.
3. Wait till your morning pee...although that's not necessary, just make sure the pee is concentrated, there will be a higher about of the pregnancy hormone there to detect!
Congrats on the pregnancy and good luck!
Sign up for newsletters on babycenter.com, they're useful and informative, they come every week with an update of what's happening inside you with your baby and emotionally, etc.
Start taking prenatal vitamins, too, if you haven't already, these can help prevent serious birth defects like spina bifida. You will just take one each day.
Hope I've helped!

Sounds to me like you could be pregnant!
If so, you can get quite nervous about all the changes that are about to take place in your body.
Yes, you do get cramping (like period cramps), but that's completely normal.
I couldn't believe all the weird things that went on in my body. In the end I stopped second-guessing whether they were suspicious or not and just went along with it all.
Believe me, if anything goes wrong, you'll really know. But if you're worried always contact your doctor. They're used to paranoid newly pregnant mums-to-be worried about their precious cargo. It's all part of the ride.
The link will take you to the best online pregnancy site there is. It was most helpful to me, and I was up there with the best of the paranoid mums-to-be! Sign up for the week-by-week. It's brilliant and unobtrusive (they don't send you crap or sell your details)
Good luck! (and possibly congratulations)

Those faint lines can be really aggravating. We had to buy 3 tests just before we were finally convinced that my wife was pregnant. But, to answer your question, there's a very good chance that you're pregnant.

You're pregnant, yes, cramps are normal, and if it'll make you feel better, take another test (and yes, first morning urine is best). (Lots of yes's there in that sentence!)
Better yet, I'd call your OB/GYN or family MD and make an appointment to get the blood test done.
