I got PC with windows xp pro and it shut down by it self after sometims i have antivirus and firwall so is there is any worm going around thoude past days help plz!!!!

download avg for antivirus
ad-aware for spyware
both free and both good

You need to check a number of things:
1st run scandisk - this will let you know if you have a hard drive problem (sometimes sorts it out)(everyone should do this once a month).
(how to scandisk - click my computer - right click C drive then click properties then click tools then click error checking)
2nd click the link below & do a online scan if you can, just to check your virus program has not miss any thing.
3rd if the first two thing do not sort out the problem then look at a over heating problem - maybe your cpu fan is not working.

Check your household electricity system there might be some faults.......OR Rather get a UPS installed for your PC.

If it shuts down that means its losing power or its cutting itself off in result of a hardware failure (cpu overheat, PSU failure, etc..)
