I would absolutely forbid jealous and hateful users to post on yahoo answers cos there's this girl with a boy's name who has been dissing everyone on answers and it's very clear that she has a mental problem but isn't seeking psychiatric help.
On a universal scale, I would surely forbid the use of violence too. No one person or country has the right to hurt another.

i would forbid children from having children
last night on the news a 16 yr old kid was arrested for beating his 1 month old baby
he says and i quote" i knew i should not shake it cause of shaken baby sindrom" yet he punched it in the back head and body so many times it is in hospitol and is not expected to make it he PUNCHED it over 20 times
he says " i didnt know i could hurt it"
