If you like the house and can afford it does it matter that the balcony is facing graves? It all depends on your preferences and superstitions I suppose.

depends on a combination of things ie is the house appearance to your liking, is the neighbourhood pleasant, is the price good (good for you not the owner), can you plant trees to in the future disguise the grave hill is the stream a problem ? can there be a flood ? check with the planning in the area in case any plans are in progress for nearby locations----a hospital---a shopping centre----parking stations----zoning school localities too far not good too close not good and there can be more problems speak to the people in the area check out the area by turning up at different times re any traffic problems you can never do enough homework persevere before you buy now is not a time to rush and remember there are lots of houses to check out
