Okay I want to set up my own site that will allow me to post a paypal donation tag which is a HTML code and regular pictures.

Oh and that is free of charge. so no hosting fees.

So what do you recomend????

www.freewebs.com is free and I used it millions of times! And it has HTML!!

Angelfire, Geocities (you already have a Yahoo account, so it's really easy to get a Geocities account - just sign in), there are literally thousands of free hosts out there.
