I was watchin Robin Hood and noticed they had the same surnames and looked slightly alike and wndered if they were related. Can anyone help me?

Joe Armstrong (born 7 October 1978, England) is an English actor best known for playing Allan-a-Dale in the BBC television series Robin Hood. Armstrong's father is the British television, stage and film actor Alun Armstrong.
Jonas Armstrong (born 1 January 1981) is an Irish actor. Armstrong was born in Dublin, Ireland but raised in St. Annes, Lancashire, England. He was educated at Arnold School in Blackpool, England, and while a student there, took part in many school productions lead by drama director Colin Snell.
Armstrong graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in 2003, where he performed in productions including Twelfth Night, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, The Crucible and Ulysses. Armstrong has a BASSC (The British Academy of Stage & Screen Combat) Certificate in stage combat.

Well according to the latest release of the manga there is a chance they may be related in some way. Madara (Tobi) finds the location of Nagato's body. And says the following verbatim "Look at you, you overexerted your powers so much that the uzumaki clan's trade-mark red hair turned snow white." This could suggest a bloodline relation between Naruto and Nagato. Depicting their ages it could very well be an Uncle and Nephew relationship or something along those lines. However, it still stands that Madara specifically stated the uzumaki clans trade-mark hair, and we all know he had red hair. Take it for what its worth~
