I have check at the Microsoft website and it show both of them as the latest version of window. Which is better? I have 64 bit processor.which one should I use?

You should use the 64 if you have a 64 bit processor. That's why it's called 64 bit, love.

Although... to be honest I think you're better off using something that's not from Microsoft. They don't exactly have a record of being secure or safe.

Spybot Search & Destroy is quite good, if it's spyware you're trying to remove. The "Immunize" option is quite handy, too.

I would like to point out that if you're worried about spyware, you should walk away from using Internet Explorer - it's just too insecure.

Try Firefox for an hour a day... for about a week. See if you like it.
I know I do, and I haven't had a spyware issue pop up in years. Or a virus. Or a pop-up.
