Broadband Usage????????????????????...?

Question

I have got an Airtel Landline Broadband Connection.I get monthly usage of 200 Mb and i want to limit that coz i m consuming 600 mb month.I don't want yo chng my plan.Is there any software to limit the usage or to fool airtel buddies so that i can use internet to 500 mb and get bill of 200 mb. Please help

NOOOOOO....ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO FOOL AIRTEL PEOPLE...IF IT WAS THAT EASY THEN THEY WOULDNT BE WHERE THEY ARE...KNOW WHAT I MEAN...YOU CAN MONITOR YOUR USAGE THOUGH BY DOWNLOADING THIS SOFTWARE:
