Panel on Climate Change is playing politcs when they released their report that states global warming is unequivocal and that human activity is highly likely to be a major factor?

Is Al Gore so powerful he can control one of the largest international bodies of climatologists?

Sen. Inhofe is an anti-science misanthropic ostrich - who cares what he says?

Obviously Al Gore had nothing to do with the report. The preponderance of new data all points to growing climate changes already taking place & yes man has affected these changes.

Sorry if I have offended any flat earth or know nothing party ostriches.

Dr Tom Cruise is correct.
There is politics involved with this latest report.
The original statement was actually changed to DOWNPLAY the climate changes they found and to DOWNPLAY man's role.
Each country's scientists had to vote on the statement. Does it surprise you that the major polluting countries voted to make the report more palatable?

I remember the winters of 1976 thru March of 1978. One winter we had record snowfalls. The next winter we had record cold weather. Experts were predicting prolonged cold spells and maybe the start of an ice age.
The math is simple. That was only 30 years ago.
I actually like global warming, regardless of the cause. Today is the first day of this winter that I will have to shovel snow from my front walk. Just a few years ago, we had 24" of snow as early as October 28.

Whether Al Gore is powerful or not is just a silly question, but what I can say is that ALMOST every scientific report that I have read has had a pre-report agenda interwined with it.
