Sorry, it's the 1st ammendment, freedom of the press. You might not like it, but they have absolutely every right to produce it.
Plus, the girls depicted in Hentai are not underaged, they just appear to be...and, honestly when you really break it down it's just ink on paper

Answer is no you cannot banned hentai its hard so if want banned be you be sorry. Its because Japanese peoples be upset and everybody will not work banned hentai Just be quiet and shut up don't say word about banned hentai its why sites are 21 years old or older like porn sites rest my case now thank you.

I don’t subject myself to that stuff. I have the right to prohibit my own kids from looking at it, but the problem is that wherever you find people who want to degrade themselves with it, they will find a way. And, if they can’t get it, they will still keep on degrading themselves with something else. So you have to show that you care for them, really and truly, because they will never listen otherwise to someone that they feel is trying to manipulate them (other than those who want to manipulate them into further degradation and ever-increasing loss of self-control.) Only when someone will listen to one who truly cares for them and stop cutting themselves off from other people by rejecting the advice that is given them is there hope that they will give up degrading themselves with anything, be it chemicals, other persons, or ‘paper dolls’.
