Smell the lilies. Don't procrastinate on important duties. Hug a loved one [or send a nice email]. Be as positive- or at least calm- as can be. Be generous to one person. Give yourself a break. Take your time with things. Be focused. Relax. Don't forget to eat and brush your teeth too. lol

well if the weather is good go outside and just walk arounfd for a while. It will make u feel better afetr all the drinking u did last night. And remeber drink lots of water.
