is there a Final Fantasy 8 movie just like FF7 advent children?

a lot of people may disagree with me, but i think ff8 was the best installment of all ff games.... and now that i know that ff7 was made into a movie, i'm hoping that ff8 would be made to a movie too...

does anybody know?

i dont think that ff8 is not like ff7, but actually all of ff story is to complete the mission. i hav played and watched ff7, and i played ff8 games, the games of ff7 is more advanced than ff8. actually it is different,....
i prefer ff7 (cloud) to ff8 (squal) hahahahah
