There is a fine line between aid and comfort and their right to say what they think. I think our media is more to blame. When does a anti-American media looses its right to use government controlled radio and television to destroy the government that gives them the most money in revenue we need more American respectful media. Like the media in World War II.We would get movies out of Hollywood of war where we were always the heroes. And a lot of them had the real people being acted out in a positive way. Where are the Afghanistan Heroes or all the Gulf War Heroes in 1991. There has got to be 100's of movies about the Gulf War - The Iraqi War right. And almost all our media and government are the good guys. Even Ted Turner said he does not believe his networks are American networks but world networks. Then .maybe we should give them to the World and stop watching them.

I wish you could please rephrase your question as I am not sure what you are asking. Although, you have no right to commit any act that is illegal against what ever government that has a way to change laws and have checks and balances. In a free and open government as of the USA, no one has the right to be treasonous. The Constitution has laws that can be abide by to change any problems that one find wrong with the government. They are not easy to do but there is a way to go about it. To commit Treason by providing aid to comfort to the enemy is not a treasonous act but remember that this enemy is only there to topple your government and way of life. You as a person can help fix or keep alive the enemy but once the authorities come to find him, your right is to turn the enemy over to the authorities that are involved.

a million. only because we may be able to have the alternative of nationalized healthcare, would not make the completed freakin economy socialist. truly, how stupid are you? 2. don't worry, capitalism is alive and under no circumstances so nicely. Now, if the authorities owned each and every marketplace and managed all its income, then i'd say otherwise, yet because that is, you, sir, are an fool. 3. no matter if our economy went from capitalism to socialism, that does no longer be treason. Do you even comprehend what treason is, or are you only listening to too a lot of bill O'Reilly? i imagine my head is going to blow up from the impressive stupidity of maximum human beings. I have were given to get off this web site in the previous I lose some thing of my faith in humanity...

Under the Constitution, treason against the United States can only consist of levying war against the United States or providing aid and comfort to their enemies.
The Constitution was subsequently amended with the First Amendment stating "Congress shall make no law... abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press." Therefore, IMO, speech itself cannot Constitutionally amount to treason.

NO! This is the USA and our leaders, just like the rest of us have not only the right but the duty to say what needs to be said. If you are worried about our leaders making America look weak to our enemies, don't worry about it. If the cause is right and obtainable we are not weak no matter what is said. If the cause is something like the Iraq war then our fearless leader needs to remember that he has to get us and the Congress behind it with truth and justification not lies and arrogance.

The US was dragged into Iraq by a president elected on a narrow margin and by his largely unelected cabinet on the thinnest of evidence, some of it largely concocted, which was apparent if not certain at the time, but proven since.
If some other people in the US have disagreed with this, it's about time they made themselves heard. Loudly and clearly.
