Sanchez is a Hispanic/Latino last name which it is the closes word for "sancho",the word sancho is used to talk about a person who's having sex with your boyfriend/girlfriend and you do not know that your couple is cheating on you.
Hispanic people like to used the word "Sanchez" insted "Sancho" because it sound more appropriate in front of other person that may be offended.(Just to have some respect. It is a kind of words game).
