What I would do is:
1.right click one of the images
2.in the sub-menu that comes up left click properties
3.left click find target
4.This should take you to the file that all the images from that zip file are stored in.
5.HERE YOU MUST BE CAREFUL to make sure these are only the images you don't want.
(a zip operation usually creates a new file for each operation)
6.If this file contains only these bad images, you can delete the whole file.If it contains other images like your photos you will have to delete them one at a time.
7.Delete the original zip file.
8.Don't forget to empty the recycle bin when you are finished.

a zip file is a way to compress several files into one small one. unless you got a virus, the zip file would only put the files in one folder and possibly also your temporary files folder.

here's what I would do to get rid of everything:
download and run this: http://www.diskcleaner.nl/index.php to get rid of your temporay files.

Now search for the junk using this:

First of all find a anti-spyware program and scan your computer with it, you should get rid of them in no time. Try "AdAware" or "Ad-Watch Professional". If the problem persist try an anti-virus too.
