I'd stick with Yahoo. I've played both and always had a better experience with Yahoo.
The customer help is a lot better here. Anytime there are glitches or anything the Yahoo staff is on it right away. In my ESPN league last year, the scores weren't adding up for about two weeks because no one at ESPN did anything about it. I wrote like three times and they kept telling me they were looking at it.
Plus the Yahoo format is classic and a lot more people are apt to join a a Yahoo league, rather than an ESPN league simply because of how familiar they are with the style and set-up.

Yahoo is best. ESPN is constantly digging into your wallet trying to get you to pay for information. Also, they have so many spam emails, ads, and pop ups to fight through, it ruins the experience. I have grown tired of ESPN's self promotions.

ESPN by far. Its jsut it costs some moolah but you get divisions and such. They also use teh points h2h instead by categories. I prefer ESPN but it depends whether you wanna pay or not
