Do you mean physical appearance? Then you need to question your looks and shape and overall. If you are not born with that "looks" then whatever attire you are wearing is a flop. You cannot be "cool" with just changing your fashion statement. Most important is the look. Your overall will shout out whether you are cool or not. Its for people to judge you. Try asking for opinions about your different style and you will know if you are "cool".

um..... drink lots of water, take a cold water bath, eat ice...... have u 'cool' ed down. Hey , just joking. Anyway nowadays 'cool' means following the latest fashion, which i dont believe in!!

A good guide line is to be yourself and people will respect you- cool is being respected!
