I am getting married to an Aussie in Australia. I am going through all the legal procedures there for it to be official under Australian law. What do I need to do when I return to the US to make it legal here?

THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE HIM APPLY FOR U.S CITIZENSHIP AND ONCE HE GAINS IT APPLY TO THE BIRTHS DEATHS AND MARRIAGES OFFICE IN YOUR PARTICULAR CITY FOR YOUR MARRIAGE TO BE MADE LEGAL IN AMERICA.

Once your marriage is legal then he only needs apply for citizenship, and with your marriage certificate, should be a legalized citizen.
