ok well i no everyone say it looks taccy but i really dun care i was hoping u guys knew how those girls get there eyeliner so dark black and heavy without it dropping at all i try to put it on and it smudges in lyk 30 mins and then u just cant see it if anyone culd help it wud mean alot im sure theres more to it then just reapplying

You need to get water-proof.....line your eyes with it, then put a skin toe color eye shadow over it. Guarenteed it will stay all day!

Liquid eyeliner stays on all day...When you apply it make sure you let it dry or take a blow dryer and if it has a cool button try turning it towards your eye for 30 seconds it'll dry it quick.

i have found that if you really want eyeliner to stay on for an extended period of time, use liquid eyeliner. pencil and retractables smudge easily. as long as you let the liquid dry before putting on anything else, it should stay there all day.

Buy Napoleon Perdis eyeliner powder which you mix with a liquid it stays on all day fantastic

try liqiud eye liner, it started using it five years ago and haven't looked back the color is solid and once it is dry it doesnt come off until you want it to or sleep with it on
evry one coments on my eye make up so give it a go

buy laquer by benefit, they selll it at macy's and sephora... you brush it on and it keeps your make-up on all day... including eyeliner!
