I have had this bra for less than a month and have washed it only a few times. It is an Ipex I think, but the seaming is terrible. The threads are coming out and one of the straps broke off (each side has 2 straps). Do you think they'd at least give me a better bra if I show them this? This is the first time I've ever been less than satisfied with their clothing.

Needless to say it has an odd fit. Out of all my bras (34c) this is the only one I pop out of-the straps are adjusted to as short as they will go and it still happens.
Could this have been a dud from the factory?

If you have your receipt they will exchange it. Otherwise, you might have to write the company. Good luck!

I would take the bra back to VS. If you still have the receipt so much the better. Tell the clerk you have a problem with a recent purchase, and need their help. Show them the bra, and tell them why you are not happy with it. The clerk or store manager may offer to exchange it on the spot. They will do their best to keep you as a satisfied customer. If they are unable to do a full refund or exchange, the store should offer some reasonable compromise solution.
While you are there, ask the clerk for a bra fitting, to make sure you are wearing the proper size. Even a small size change can make a big difference in how comfortable a bra is, how well it wears, and how nice it makes us look.
This sounds like one of those odd cases where something did not get sewn correctly. I've always been happy with VS.

Since you did wear and wash it, I hate to say the store may try to place the blame on you for some for of mishandling it, even though it is not your fault.
You are better off writing to the company to see what they will be able to do for you:

Best of luck to you, and it sucks but it could be a dud, or just a poorly designed product...
