sassy song and smell hormones must fume off his brain, the type that curdle if your mom sensed them.
I don't understand the meaning of this part: "the type that curdle..."

I'd think that a young boy, having the constant sexual thoughts inherent to adolescence, with all sorts of
"inappropriate" (to put it mildly) scenes playing in his mind, imagines the horror of his mother reading his mind, and her reaction if she could........horrors!

This line actually comes from Vernon God Little by DBC Pierre. I believe it relates to the hormones. Vernon God Little is about a young boy who faces the blame after his friend, who has just committed suicide after killing some other people. Now to me, being a mother, my first thought about this line was that this child who committed suicide must have had a psychological problem, and that I would have been horrified if he was my child. When hormones are raging all sorts of problems can occur with a child. Maybe not what DBC Pierre thought or meant, but its how it made me feel.

Sounds as though the lyric writer had been smoking something when he wrote that. It just doesn't make any sense

to change to a curd.
or spoil
or sour.

I'm not sure where this sentence came from, but to me is sounds like the "him" in the sentence is experiences something euphorically erotic,... and then if his mother knew what he was thinking it would cause the "ewwww" factor.
