it sounds like a good practice for tennis. it might help build up endurance and might also improve one's speed on court.

I honestly thought this was something some kids down the street from where I used to live made up.

The game is very fast and turns out to work very well, but make sure you stretch a lot. It's very easy to get cramps from playing this.

Also, the objective is to get out there, have fun, and get a workout. If you're playing with someone who keeps stopping the game for an untied sneaker, exhaustion, calls, or mental tricks, it's not gunna be fun. You gotta just get out there and hit the ball around.

Of course I like racquetball more since it's even faster and you don't have to chase after balls, but this is definitely very intense.
