i just put some new songs on my benq siemens e61 phone and a pop-up came on on my computer saying trojan found and cleaned it came up 2 times then i played the songs on my mp3 player on my phone and the volume was full i tryed to turn it down but it wouldnt let me! the rest of the buttons worked and i tryed everything else on my phone and it all worked! does anyone have any ideas to get it working again?

btw my phone is a wedge shape with an orange strip dwon each side and also has mp3 player buttons especial built into it at the top of the phone for those not knowing which phone i am onabout

I dont think your phone is broken. Its more of a corrupt file than anything else. If everything works ok like you can send/recieve texts and make and receive calls then it points to a that mp3 track you downloaded. Best thing to do do is delete the track and try get the track from another source. Good luck with it.
