All the families with 3 that I know, the middle child is screwed up. Perhaps because they aren't sure where they fit in the picture. I mean, the first child will always be the oldest. The youngest will always be the baby. The middle child gets no claim to fame really. I'm not a middle child and not a child psychologist, but I wouldn't stop at 3, I would either go for 2 or 4. Hope this helps.
