Imagine if Brad Pitt broke up with Angelia and got together with a post-op transwomen. I think the media , tv shows, news, radios, newspapers would all say he is gay. The average person walking around in the states would also say he was gay. I agree that some would say Brad was straight because he got together with a post-op but I really believe this is only a small minority.
I think men who date transwomen are lying to themselves about having homosexual urges.

Who thinks men who date post-op transwomen are gay or bisexual?
If you don't could you please explain why not, I'm really having a hard time understanding this whole issue.

You obviously don't understand transgenderism ... for a true transgendered person is a person in the wrong sex's body ... ie a man trapped as a woman or vice-versa. So if someone is with them and understands this, you can then understand why they needn't be gay/bi/lesbian to do this!

I hate labels for people anyway. As an open/broadminded person, I believe do what you enjoy/like and as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else, so what! Men who date male to female transexuals needn't be gay or bi, although they could be. Likewise those transexuals might be gay or bi too but again needn't necessarily be.

So do you understand this a little better now? If not do some reasearch on the net. There's bound to be plenty of good information there or even talk to one if you know one and ask them. Have to be prepared to listen and understand though which I'm sure you can. :)

Gosh pal, you really are on the wrong side of this issue.

Do you think a lot about Brad being with a transgendered person? How many times has the thought come to you? Are you interested in the mechanics of tab A slot B? What part of Brad makes you curious?

It is very interesting you have developed an entire theory about what would happen if this or that happened; an elaborate scheme which brings in the average person and the entire news media not to mention unspoken urges.

Hmmm, someone might be lying to themselves, but I don't think it's Brad.

It is possible to be post-op transgendered and be gay but that is a separate issue. People identify their sexuality in different ways, some gay, some straight, some prefer to find multiple partners, some do not, some are onto S&M some are not this is irrespective of their gender. Transgendered people feel that they were born the wrong sex (ie a man trapped in a womans body) their gender is separate from their sexuality and I would not automatically consider a transgendered person to be gay.

Why this far fetched scenario? Infertile imagination? Why not ask a direct question?
At any rate my opinion is No. I have seen some post-ops that I would not have recognised as such and only found out when I was told. and by appearances alone, I could have very easily hopped in the sack with them. And I am a flaming heterosexual!

You do realise that once a man has had a sex change he is a woman. You have to live as a woman for a year before any surgeon will help you.

If a man had homosexual urges do you not think he would sleep with a man not someone who used to be a man and now is a woman! Basically why would someone with homosexual urges sleep with someone without a penis? Think about it!

thinking he has had sex with different people on a relentless foundation, the element you opt on to ask is what number STD's is this guy wearing? bear in ideas that once you've sex with him, you actually have sex with each body he has ever had sex with. He gained't have an interest in adult adult males who gown as adult adult males, yet he's doubtless not stricken if the adult adult males gown as females, which does make him bi-sexual jointly with homosexuality. Your question should be is this what you opt on in a relationship? i extremely do not imagine he will quiet down for one major different after sampling all the wares.

He is not gay.He has fallen in love with a woman.[irrespective of what she used to be]. so to that end he is straight.
he also respects other people for who they are .
