this is caused by a divice driver, if you recently installed a driver, uninstall it, and it should solve the problem. Mine did it for a while, then i figured out what it was.

The next time you switch of your computer check that it say the computer will close now....you usually have the chose to restart the computer or to close it down...Press the start menue butten then the close butten in the middle of you screen will open a box check where the box is marked maybe its in the restart box....if this is not the case hold the off butten on your computer for three till five seconds it will then switch off ok.

it would have caught virus so you download avast home addition 4 then install then scan ones then delete the virus files then use
