As far as I know the XP fax wizard does not allow for attachments. You can however open the file you need to fax and hit the print command and then select the fax printer (instead of the default). Then the fax wizard will open and you can add a cover page if you like. You can also preview it in the fax console by double clicking.

well you need to connect the fax machine to the phone line and the computer then a program will come up saying which file do you want to attach
